How do I secure a booth?
You will get a reply from us if your application is accepted. Only accepted vendors will receive an email with payment detail. Your booth will be secured once payment is received by us.
What is the refund policy?
Vendor fees are non-refundable. Refunds are ONLY provided if the market is cancelled or postponed.
What time can I start setting up the booth?
Heritage Hall will open at 9am on the market day. Vendors should complete their set up by 10am, i.e. before the market opens.
Is Wi-Fi available at the venue?
There is a free Wi-Fi at the venue. Password will be displayed at the venue.
Where can I load my items or park the vehicle?
The loading area for Heritage Hall is at Watson St. You can load items at the door. There are also some metered parking, free parking nearby the venue. Please refer
parking guide from Heritage Hall.
What is the table and booth size?
Table is about 3 ft. x 6 ft. Booth space is approximately 4 ft. x 7 ft. Vendors fee include a table and 2 chairs.
Maximum 3 people for a table is highly recommended.
Is there a washroom at the venue?
Yes, there are washrooms at the venue. One is nearby the loading door, few are located downstairs.
Is there a kitchen at the venue?
Yes, there is a kitchen with fridges, microwave and hot water. Please kindly let us know in advanced if you want to use it, so that we can arrange properly.
Is there electricity at the venue?
Yes. there are electric outlets throughout the venue. However, not every booth are located next to the outlets, we would suggest vendors to bring their own extension cord or portable power bank for their electric equipment.
I am a food vendor. What should I do?
Food vendors must obtain a proper and valid license under Vancouver Coastal Health paperwork needed.
Are pets allowed at the venue?
Yes, pets are allowed at the venue.
